Employee BenefitsIPA employees work together with a passion toward providing quality management consulting services to businesses throughout North America. Our mission also directs us to offer our clients a significant return on their investment, and recognize the personal worth of employees by providing an employment framework that affords a mean to share in the company’s success.
IPA utilizes a performance-based pay approach to establish competitive pay levels. This approach links IPA employees directly to quality control, ensuring maximum client and employee satisfaction. Our employees’ actual earnings are determined by their responsibilities, performance and ongoing development. IPA encompasses a broad array of employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward extraordinary individual or team performance. These programs are designed to encourage innovation, superb performance and to retain high performing employees. All employees are eligible. Full-time, permanent U.S. employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. A Premium Only Plan (POP) is offered for pre-tax monthly deductions. Medical coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental coverage is provided by Humana and vision is provided by VSP and Blue Cross Blue Shield Life. Additional voluntary life insurance is available. Full-time, Canadian employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment. Benefit coverage is offered through Great West Life and includes dental insurance and prescription drugs. 
Full-time employees are eligible to enroll after one year of service. Employees can contribute up to 17% of their eligible pre-tax income. In addition to the excellent performance based compensation package and 401(k) plan, IPA offers a number of programs to fulfill the evolving needs or our employees including medical and dental insurance coverage and life insurance. |
