Consulting Services
Once you have engaged an IPA consulting project, several steps are taken to ensure a successful
engagement. A team concept is observed in the development and implementation of recommendations tailored
to your business' specific needs. Regular meetings are conducted between on-site staff, senior management
and other experienced IPA consultants to seek resolutions for your unique situation.
Support services include a well-equipped research department capable of accessing industry standards and
technological data. The IPA Research Department gathers industry-specific data and information to
provide our specialists with current resources. Additionally, while preserving client confidentiality,
all projects are documented and serve as a resource library for comparative analysis and review for future
engagements. Thousands of client case histories are available to our consulting team to assist them in
developing unique creative solutions to address your particular business difficulties. Our consultants also
draw from a series of computer databases including articles, academic papers and management reports.
What is the role of the Project Manager?
A Project Manager will be assigned to supervise your consulting engagement. The primary responsibility of the
Project Manager is to assure client satisfaction. This is accomplished through successful implementation of
the requisite methods, systems, procedures, controls and training necessary to achieve your personal and business
goals. The business analyst works in concert with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth transition between the
analysis and the implementation process.
Who will be assigned to my project and what are their qualifications?
The assignment of the Project Manager and Consultants is based solely on the specific requirements of your
company, the expertise of the Project Manager and Business Consultant(s), and the recommendations of the
Business Analyst. It is our responsibility to assure your satisfaction by exercising our professional
judgment when assigning personnel. The primary and overriding consideration in assigning a Project Manager
and Business Consultant(s) is the specific requirements of your business, not the geographic location of
individuals available for assignment.
We have a pool of more than 400 Business Consultants and Project Managers from across the United States
and Canada, each with unique talents and expertise. Their combination of education, experience and expertise
adequately prepares them to address the individual requirements and unique circumstances of your business
in a timely and professional manner.
